Junior Programmer Going Places!

Our junior programmer, who's actually a senior -- at Hutchinson High School, is off to Anaheim, California, to compete at the Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference.

We're very proud of Travis (Baker) and wish him, and his five classmates who also qualified to go, much success and lots of fun on their southern California adventure.

Travis took first place in Java programming in the Kansas competition and will be the only representative from our state in that category at the national level. Business Professionals of America is the premiere organization for students interested in pursuing careers in  business management, office administration, information technology, and related fields.

As low key as Travis is, he almost became animated when talking about the competition and you could tell how excited Travis is about this opportunity. And on his behalf, so are all of us at Catalyst.
