Yes, I mean all cooks; even those that just want to whip up something fast for their activity overloaded children.

Have you seen the Cookbook feature on the Apron Strings website? Catalyst Creative Services web developers have been busy cooking up an online cookbook for Apron Strings that features the favorite recipes of their customers. Of course – this isn’t just any cookbook. There are a lot of unique online features that make the cookbook easy to use and offers Apron Strings a clever way to showcase their customers’ recipes and even a few of their own.

The cookbook landing page features a recipe of the week and the most viewed recipes. Once “inside” you can search for recipes by recipe name, author or even ingredients. In the mood for chicken, but nothing with onions? Specify so when you search, and voila! You’ll have a list of recipes that include chicken, but none that call for onions.

The website is also designed to enable you to find recipes by meal type, main ingredients, event/occasion or seasonal dishes. Using this method, you can preview the recipe card for each recipe, without having to click on it.

Best of all, we’ve made it a cinch to print. Just click the “Add to Recipe Card” box on the recipe you want, then click on the “Print Recipe” button on the bottom right corner of the navigation bar and choose to print as a 3x5 or 4x6 recipe card.

It’s a functional, easy to use online cookbook that features delicious recipes the patrons of Apron Strings have submitted. If you haven’t submitted your favorite yet, it’s not too late. Simply login to the cookbook feature, click “Add a Recipe” under your name in the lower left corner of the navigation bar and submit the necessary details. Once submitted, the recipe will be sent to Apron Strings staff for approval and submission.
